The internationally renowned building known as the ‘Thinkers Lodge’, has been a gathering spot for the world’s greatest minds since 1957, when Cyrus Eaton, owner of the lodge, hosted 22 scientists from around the world to discuss the threat of nuclear weapons. B Calder began professionally painting in 2021, after being forced to retire due to a disability called Trigeminal Neuralgia (TN). She has been a cottager on the Northumberland Strait for over 50 years and dreams of one day making it her permanent home.
